Position Summary/Job Duties:
Respite Providers at UCP are non-medical caretakers that spend time with people with developmental disabilities while their main caretaker is able to go to work, do chores, study, or simply take a relaxing break knowing that their loved one is with a trustworthy individual that will engage in fun activities. This role is in the client's home or out in the community.
Inclusion Facilitators work in after school programs to ensure the safety and participation of kids with disabilities.
We are looking for someone that can interchangeably work in either role for a joyful girl that loves pokemon, roblox, spending time indoors, and engaging in conversation. People with developmental disabilities do not often get to interact with people outside their close circle, so we'd love to find someone willing to create a strong bond with the person as a mentor.
Schedule is TBD, but both UCP and the families we serve are flexible. This role is in Windsor.

Enjoys working with children.
