Camp Randall Rowing Club is an established rowing club located in Madison, Wisconsin with excellent facilities on Lake Monona. We are a vibrant community of rowers and parents offering middle school, high school, and adult rowing programs.

Practices are held Monday - Friday, 4:45-7:00pm and Saturday, 9-11am. We are looking for coaches who are available 2-6 days/week.

Position Summary/Job Duties:

Camp Randall Rowing Club (CRRC) is an established rowing club located in Madison, Wisconsin, with excellent facilities on Lake Monona. CRRC is seeking assistant coaches for our Fall 2024 season and beyond. We are a welcoming and inclusive club that strives to provide a valuable team experience for athletes of all skills and abilities. This is an hourly, part-time position. Practices are Monday – Friday, 4:45-6:45pm (and Saturday mornings during the on-the-water season) and we are willing to consider candidates who are available some or all these days each week. Primary responsibilities include working under the supervision of the Head Coach to implement a training plan that addresses the physical, mental, and technical development of the club’s junior (high school) rowers; assisting with daily practices with an emphasis on safety; and ensuring an inclusive and welcoming environment for junior club athletes of varying levels and abilities. Strong candidates will have excellent communication skills. Experience working with youth and experience rowing are pluses, but not required. Willing to train enthusiastic candidates. Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills; reliable and enthusiastic; collaborative. Rowing experience required. Experience working with youth and/or coaching preferred.
