Position Summary/Job Duties:

Supply Chain & Warehouse:
- Inventory Management: Keep track of products, do inventory counts, and make sure everything is where it should be.
- Order Processing: Help process incoming orders, pack and ship products, and update systems with order statuses.
- Receiving & Inspection: Check incoming shipments, report any issues, and make sure things are stored properly.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse clean and organized, maximizing space for efficiency.
- Shipping & Distribution: Prepare shipping documents and work with carriers to make sure products are delivered on time.- Quality Control: Perform quality checks on products and work with other teams to solve any issues.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with other departments like procurement, sales, and customer service to resolve any supply chain issues.
- Problem Resolution: Handle any inventory or shipment problems quickly.
- Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

General Maintenance:
- Facility Repairs: Help with small repairs around the facility (e.g., fixing leaks, changing light bulbs) and coordinate with vendors for larger repairs.
- Groundskeeping: Assist with outdoor tasks like landscaping and snow removal.
- Equipment Repairs: Help with basic maintenance of warehouse equipment like forklifts.
- Safety Compliance: Conduct safety inspections and report any hazards.

Qualifications:

What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma (or working toward one); extra education or certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
- Forklift certified or open to getting certified.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations is a bonus.
- Comfortable using inventory management software (or willingness to learn).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50-100 lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Basic understanding of maintenance tasks and tools.
- A valid US driver’s license.
