Schedule:
Academic Year: 10-20 hours per week.
Summer: 30-40 hours per week.
Scheduled hours between 7:45am – 4:30p, Monday-Friday.
Salary/Wage Range:
Hourly $15.00 to $15.00

Position Summary/Job Duties:
Performs data entry and a variety of routine office support tasks, including record retention management. Completes work following existing procedures. Assists with office coverage as needed; In addition to the duties below, this position will be responsible for the entry and auditing of all student job information into the campus Human Resources System (HRS) system and University Housing's Kronos timekeeping system.
Accurately enter and audit data for current and future employees in a variety of programs and data bases.
Create and send a variety of Human Resources & Payroll correspondence.
Assist with the filing, retention, and purging of Human Resources & Payroll related records.
Run reports and track various processes.
Assist with office coverage as needed, including answering and directing incoming calls.
Work with new employees, helping them complete employment paperwork.
Assist with various records management, including scanning and archiving confidential paperwork.
Other administrative support functions and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Successful completion of a confidential criminal background check is required.
Preference will be given to applicants with prior office and/or data entry experience
