Department Overview:
The Center for Leadership & Involvement (CfLI) assists students in intentionally connecting with the far ranging opportunities that exist throughout campus, including student organizations. As a Center we offer leadership programming that supports students in making meaning of these experiences and in developing leadership capacity – the ability to affect positive change.

Position Summary/Job Duties:
Manage and update content on CfLI’s websites, including the main CfLI website, Student Organization Resource and Policy Guide (SORPG), and the Student Activity Center (SAC) website with accessibility, clarity, and visual design in mind.
Design new webpages by collaborating with various CfLI units and professional staff.
Assess CfLI website accessibility and engagement using outside tools.
Serve as a liaison to a CfLI related program and coordinator promotional materials.
Participate as a brand ambassador of CfLI at outreach events, including campus resource fairs, student organization fairs, workshops, and student panels.
Collaborate with CfLI Marketing Interns to create a cohesive brand across CfLI digital identity.
Presents an end-of-semester presentation of various work done on CfLI websites.
Assist CfLI professional and graduate student staff as requested
Qualifications:
A willingness to create an inclusive, welcoming, and open working environment
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
Organized and dependable work habits and willingness to take initiative and problem solve.
Ability to communicate logical steps through a problem
Familiarity with WordPress websites, HTML and JavaScript
Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 – should GPA fall below 2.0, a meeting with the staff supervisor would be required
