Student Jobs

I am looking for someone who is good at cleaning and organizing.  I live in the Arboretum.  I want someone to come at least 2x/month to do usual and customary cleaning, laundry, ironing, vacuuming, kitchen floors, bathrooms.  Most work will be indoors, there may be some outdoor work, cleaning of windows, sweeping porch deck, etc.  I am thinking approimately 2x/month for an approx 5 hr day depending on what needs doing.  If you are good at organizing, there are always projects to do so more time may be possible.  I am a 74 yr old man, easy to work for.  I am very flexible on what day of the month you show up and that can change depending on your schedule.  I want someone more long term, so someone who will be in Madison for more than one year.  I am not on a busline so you will need to transport yourself here, although if you live close by, I am willing to pick you up and take you back.
