3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday 11:00 pm - 7:00 am

Position Summary/Job Duties:
Are you a mechanically minded person? Are you looking for your next company to help you in launching a career? Join us as a Temporary, Full-Time 2nd or 3rd shift assembler in our Poynette, WI facility and enrich your skills.
Our Poynette facility is hiring Summer only, temporary, Full-Time 2nd or 3rd shift assemblers.
2nd shift: Monday - Friday 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday 11:00 pm - 7:00 am
Pay: $14.17 Base hourly + Incentive Production Pay totaling $19-26 hourly + shift premium
Your day will include:
Reading and understanding instructions and manually assembling products or their parts.
Spotting issues as they arise in order to create a reliable product.
Working alongside your team, you’ll add value to the organization and in our customers’ eyes.
Standing, bending, and reaching within your work station to build and assemble the product.
Contributing to our success (and yours!) by learning to build multiple product lines.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older.
Familiarity with assembly and measuring tools.
Ability to perform simple math.
Safety conscious with a positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team setting.
Ability to frequently stand, bend, and reach.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required.

Physical Demands
Stand on your feet for the majority of the day and there are a lot of repetitive motion and hand manipulations utilizing your fingers, hands, wrists, elbows, and shoulders. A maximum lift of around 40 lbs. and a frequent lift of 10 lbs.
