We are currently hiring Shift Leaders for all FOUR of our Madison locations, as well as our other locations in Dane County.

Schedule:
This position offers a flexible schedule, however Shift Leaders are expected to be available for shifts at open (4am), close (8-9pm) and/or weekends.
Salary/Wage Range:
Hourly $12.00 to $15.00

Position Summary/Job Duties:
Overview:
Shift Leaders play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, coaching team members, and delivering excellent guest
service. They set goals, assign tasks, and provide real-time feedback to maintain Dunkin’ brand standards.
Responsibilities Include:
Perform all duties of a Restaurant Team Member
Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational goals
Ensure brand standards, food preparation, and service quality are met
Communicate shift priorities, goals, and results to the team
Create and execute shift deployment plans for efficient workflow
Coach and provide constructive and clear feedback to team members
Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
Support the training of restaurant team members as needed
Oversee franchisee safety, security, and profitability policies/processes throughout a shift
Ensure a smooth transition by briefing the next Shift Leader
Uphold food safety and inventory management standard
Deliver outstanding guest service and coach team members to do the same
Handle customer concerns, conflicts, and emergencies with professionalism
Manage cash over/short during shift and ensure restaurant team members are following cash franchisee management policies
Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.

Basic computer skills
Fluent in spoken and written English
Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality preferred.
