Our daughter gets off the bus at ~2:30pm on Monday. The bus stop is about a five minute walk from our house. So at minimum, the start time would be however long it takes before that time to arrive at the house and walk to the bus stop. We find 2 pm allows for time to get settled before walking to the stop. We would appreciate coverage to 5 pm, but can be flexible. Monday, September 8 is the first Monday of the school year that we would need coverage. The anticipated end date in this posting is aligned with the UW Madison fall semester. However, if available we would be happy to have someone cover up to the final Monday before our daughter's winter break, which would be 12/15/25. It would also be an option to continue after winter break and through the spring semester.

We are looking for after school care this fall/school year at our house on the west side of Madison near Middleton from 2-5 pm on Mondays. Our 6 year old energetic smart daughter loves crafts and active play, but also can range from needing down time to needing adventure! We look for those comfortable with a child-led environment and a work-from-home mom with very good headphones. The job involves collecting our kid from the bus stop and walking home, but a car is preferred since adventures are fun. Car seat provided and activities are covered. The biggest goal is snack time! No pets at home, but neighbor's pets (dogs, cats, chickens) may be visited. Pay is $21/hr and up. Guaranteed hours will be provided. Optional additional time on non holiday days when MMSD is out of session can be discussed. Finally, we are also open to an every other Monday arrangement, if desired. 

• Prior experience with nannying/babysitting
• Experience with twice exceptional kids a plus
• CPR/first aid certification is preferred
• Non-smoker
• Clean driving record
