Department Overview:

Local family, originally from Green Bay. Mother works in health tech (remote) and father is an electrcian and not home in the AM. Daughter is in 1st grade and son is in 4k / day care. One friendly cat and home in a safe neighborhood with parks and close to schools, day care, etc.

Schedule:

Most weekday mornings before school, arriving around 6/6:30 and doing drop off for 7:45/8 so 2-2.5 hours each weekday morning and then help on Wednesday and/or Thursday later afternoon and occasionaly for date nights but it would be early. I am flexible as we understand student class schedules can vary. 

We are also flexible for duration knowing school year, graduations, etc. 

Salary/Wage Range:

Hourly $15.00 to $20.00

Location: Oregon, Wisconsin

Hours: Approximately 15-20 hours per week

Children: Two children, ages 6 and 4

Pets: We have a friendly cat!

About Us:

We’re a warm and lively family based in Oregon, WI. Mom works remotely but travels occasionally, and we’re looking for a reliable, caring nanny to become a wonderful part of our household.

Job Description:

We need a part-time nanny to help with our two kiddos, primarily in the mornings and a couple of afternoons or evenings a week. The core schedule involves arriving around 6:00 or 6:30 AM and staying until about 8:00 or 8:30 AM. Additionally, we’d love your help picking the kids up from school twice a week and occasionally watching them for an evening or two when needed.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Preparing breakfast and lunches for the kids in the morning.
  • Getting the children ready for school.
  • Driving them to and from school.
  • Household tasks related to the children or main living areas: cleaning kitchen up after meals, doing their laundry, organizing their play areas, and teaching them to tidy up.
  • Helping with reading, early learning activities, and supporting their growth both behaviorally and intellectually.

Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for someone with childcare experience, ideally a student in education or a related field, who genuinely enjoys engaging with kids. We value someone who’s nurturing, reliable, and ready to be a friendly part of our daily routine. 

We welcome candidates who are passionate about fostering empathy, inclusivity, and open-mindness in young children. We're looking for someone who values emotional growth and is eager to nurture thoughtful, campassionate little minds. 

Hours: 15-20 Hrs/Week, early morning help needed before school and for school drop off, some afternoons and evenings, but we are flexible to work around classes during certain days, etc. 

Pay: $15 - $20/Hr based on experience

Length: School Year or One Year (possibly longer if it works out)
