DoubleTree by Hilton Madison Downtown is a 164 room property with a state of the art fitness center and ample on-site parking. A complimentary shuttle is provided to Guests daily from 7:00 AM-10:00 PM and our on property restaurant, Bistro525 is a delicious and convenient stop for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Schedule: | Shifts are scheduled between 3:00 PM-11:00 PM Monday- Friday and and 7:00 AM-11:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.
**Priority shifts include Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays**
Team Members typically work two shifts or 16 hours per week, but there is availability for more hours. Availability for at least 1 weekend shift is required.

Job Duties & Responsibilities of a Front Desk Agent:
- Provide genuine and accommodating service to all guests.
- Make reservations, check guests in and out of the hotel, and provide outstanding customer service.
- Assist guests with local directions, supplies, services, and all other inquiries.
- Meet and exceed guest expectations by providing local recommendations, and ensuring 100% satisfaction with every interaction.
- Resolve guest issues in a pleasant and timely manner.
