Next Term Housing is a verified student housing marketplace serving Big Ten universities across the United States. We connect students looking for off-campus housing with verified sublets, landlord listings, and short-term rentals in a trusted, scam-free platform. Our mission is to make finding student housing simple, safe, and stress-free by providing a dedicated alternative to scattered Facebook groups and unreliable classified ads. Founded to solve the real problems students face in the housing search, we're rapidly expanding across 18 college towns and hiring campus coordinators to help grow local inventory in each market.

About the Role

Next Term Housing is hiring Campus Coordinators to help students find off-campus housing by connecting them with our verified rental marketplace. As a coordinator, you'll reach out to students who've already posted sublets in Facebook groups and help them cross-post on our platform for better visibility.

This is a 100% remote, flexible position perfect for students who want to earn significantly more than typical campus jobs while working on their own schedule.

What You'll Do

- Send friendly direct messages to students posting sublets in Facebook housing groups
- Share information about Next Term Housing's free and paid listing options
- Reach out to property managers and landlords about partnership opportunities
- Track your outreach in a simple spreadsheet
- Report results bi-weekly

Time commitment: 30-60 minutes per day, work whenever you want

Compensation

Earnings potential:
- Casual (5-7 hrs/week): ~$1,140/month
- Active (10-12 hrs/week): ~$2,480/month
- High Performer (15-18 hrs/week): ~$4,000/month
- Top Performer (20-25 hrs/week): ~$6,000/month

How you earn:
- 50% commission on all paid listings you source ($12.50-$55 per listing)
- $50 bonus per Official Partner signup
- $400 total per Featured Partner signup ($100 + $25/month × 12 months)
- Monthly bonuses for top performers ($50-200)

Payment: Bi-weekly via PayPal or Venmo or similar

Requirements
- Active Facebook user
- Strong written communication skills
- Self-motivated and organized
- Comfortable sending 50+ messages per day
- Reliable internet connection
