Hello!

We are a family of 8.  But don't worry!  Three of those are high school / college.  My wife and I have three little ones, and we are looking for some help.  We have a 3 year old girl who is starting preschool in the Fall, and we have two twin boys born mid January 2026.  We currently have a part-time nanny (who we found HERE 3 years ago!), who we love and adore and consider her part of the family.  She still does a few days a week with us, usually 3 days a week, and is usually done around 3pm.  These twins are harder than my wife and I thought, and we are looking for some flexible help, can be as little as once a week, or more than that, kind of depending on what you are able to do.  We could guarantee one day a week but could for sure flex up more if you wanted more hours!  I can't remember the last time we had date night....

We are on the far west side of Madison, about ten minutes west of West Town Mall.  

We don't ask you clean our house or do dishes.  We just want someone to hang with our dudes, feed them, change diapers, OR hang out with our toddler.  We wouldn't ask you to watch all three unless we talked about it ahead of time.  It really is 4-6 hours "per shift" on days that work for you and us.  We would be able to arrange it a week or so ahead of time so that way you can count on the hours/$ with your schedule.
