Position Summary/Job Duties:

Executive Assistant 

Company: BODYROK
Location: Wisconsin (Madison area preferred) and open to relocating to Miami in the Fall
Schedule: Part-time during the academic year; full-time during summer months, with opportunities to continue full-time

About the Role

BODYROK is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support business, personal, lifestyle, and home-related responsibilities for a senior leader.

This role is ideal for a student or early-career professional looking for hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in keeping day-to-day life running smoothly by managing logistics, coordinating services, and handling a wide range of personal and business tasks.

What You’ll Do

Personal & Lifestyle Support

  • Manage scheduling for personal appointments and commitments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Assist with errands, returns, gifting, and personal shopping
  • Research and book services (beauty, wellness, medical, etc.)
  • Help source and coordinate childcare, pet care, or other support services as needed

Home & Household Management

  • Coordinate household vendors, maintenance, and service appointments
  • Assist with organizing spaces and improving home systems
  • Manage deliveries, errands, and household restocking
  • Support planning and coordination of small gatherings or at-home events

Administrative Support

  • Assist with inbox organization and light correspondence
  • Handle scheduling logistics and follow-ups
  • Support various ad hoc projects and day-to-day needs

Business Support

  • Assist with basic scheduling and coordination for professional commitments
  • Help organize materials for meetings or projects
  • Conduct light research and compile information as needed
  • Support occasional brand, operations, or administrative initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Current student or recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison
  • Previous experience in an assistant, administrative, or customer-facing role is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Based in the Madison, WI area during the academic year and available full-time in the summer
