Position Summary/Job Duties:

This is a part-time, seasonal position supporting our summer camp program at Marquette Elementary's field. The role combines child care and leadership responsibilities. Enjoy summer playing outdoors and taking field trips. 

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

· Experience working with or engaging school-aged children

· Patience and empathy, with the ability to support children’s emotional needs

· Strong communication skills with children, families, and team members

· Reliability and responsibility, with a commitment to safety and organization

· Adaptability, energy, and a positive attitude in a dynamic environment

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

· Ability to actively participate in indoor and outdoor activities

Physical Demands
