Department Overview:

Dolphin Swim Academy is dedicated to providing a fun, safe, and nurturing environment that fosters each child's emotional, physical, and developmental growth through quality swim instruction.

Anticipated Hours Per Week

20 to 30

Schedule:

Spring Hours 

Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 3:30pm to 8:00pm. 

Sundays 1:30pm to 5:30pm. 

Summer Hours 

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings 9:00am to 12:30pm. 

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings 3:30pm to 8:00pm. 

Saturdays 8:00am to 11:30am. 

Sundays 1:30pm to 5:30pm. 

 

Salary/Wage Range:

Hourly $16.00 to $22.00

Position Summary/Job Duties:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for students and their families, providing assistance with inquiries, registrations, and ensuring a smooth experience throughout their time with us.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits
  • Assist customers with class registrations, scheduling, and payment processing
  • Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
  • Promote our swim school's programs and services to prospective customers
  • Collaborate with instructors and other staff members to ensure a seamless experience for students
  • Uphold safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe environment for swimmers and staff
  • Collect feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and enhance service quality

We offer flexible hours and snacks! In the summer we are able to offer 20 to 30 hours; during the school year we will work with you to create a schedule that fits around you!

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a similar environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • Passion for swimming and/or experience in aquatics is a plus
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Experience working with children prefered but not required
