Position Summary/Job Duties:
We are two moms seeking a reliable and nurturing part-time nanny to care for our 2 year old toddler. The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of gentle parenting techniques and a warm, caring demeanor. This position requires someone who can drive themselves to our home on the far westside of Madison and is available for ~20 hours a week (3 days). One parent is a psychotherapist who does telehealth in the home and will be working at home during these hours. We offer 3 days PTO per 6 month contract and paid holidays.
Qualifications:
Experience with toddlers, especially 2-year-olds.
Familiarity with gentle parenting practices.
Reliable transportation to commute to the far westside of Madison.
Comfortable with large dogs.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to commit to a minimum of 6 months.
Physical Demands
Able to carry a 25lbs toddler
