Position Summary/Job Duties:
The gardener will take on basic tasks, such as weeding, watering, transplanting. Work will be done in both vegetable and ornamental gardens. Some work will be done alongside a professional gardener with +10 years of experience.
Worker must be able to lift 50lbs and provide their own safety equipment (safety glasses, hearing protection). Work on Mondays 9 - Noon is required. Remaining hours may be spread throughout the week
Qualifications:
Worker must be able to lift 50lbs and provide their own safety equipment (safety glasses, knee pads, hearing protection). Work on Mondays 9 - Noon is required.
No prior horticulture experience required, but is helpful.
Physical Demands
Must lift up to 50lbs. Must be able to kneel for extended durations.
