Position Summary/Job Duties: | We’re seeking a small, dedicated team of Sales & Marketing Interns to support lease-up efforts for three of LZ’s properties on campus starting in late August/beginning of September. We’re looking for energetic, personable individuals with exceptional communication skills and the willingness to learn! Successful candidates are proactive, coachable, highly organized, and excited to contribute ideas in a collaborative sales environment.
Responsibilities:

Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, including Fair Housing guidelines, confidentiality standards, and professional leasing practices when communicating with prospective and current residents.

Conduct weekly competitor research including pricing, concessions, occupancy trends, and marketing initiatives and present competitor findings during weekly team meetings.
Qualifications:

Previous sales experience, customer service, hospitality, fundraising, or leadership experience preferred.

This position requires availability for scheduled leasing activities, including occasional evenings, weekends, and community events during peak leasing periods.
