Tuesday, August 25, 2026, approximately 7:30–9:00 a.m. Event photography coverage will be approximately 90 minutes.

We are seeking a freelance photographer to capture a large back-to-school staff event in Sun Prairie on Tuesday, August 25, 2026. This is a 90-minute event, and the photographer will capture a mix of candid interactions, speakers and presentations, audience reactions, group photos, and key moments throughout the program. We are looking for someone with a strong eye for visual storytelling who can provide high-quality, professionally edited images following the event.

Experience with photography, either professionally, academically, or through personal projects. Must have access to appropriate photography equipment and be comfortable capturing candid moments, people, and live events. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are important. Applicants should provide a portfolio or examples of previous photography work. Event photography experience is preferred but not required.
