Lead your local market: Recruit, onboard, and support a team of student shovelers and adult contractors.
Grow the customer base: Promote Snow Scholars through social media, campus and community outreach, student organizations, door-hanger distribution, local events, and partnerships.
Run day-to-day operations: Coordinate scheduling, routing, customer service, team performance, and service delivery through our operations dashboard.
Solve real business problems: Identify what is working in your market, improve processes, and respond quickly during snow events.
Learn from a mentor: Meet weekly with a Campus Teams Manager for one-on-one coaching, strategy support, and professional development.
Collaborate nationally: Share ideas and best practices with Campus Managers across Snow Scholars markets.
