Department Overview:
The Professional Master's and Certificate Programs Team in the School of Pharmacy offers two applied Master's degrees and two Capstone Certificates in Pharmaceutical Sciences: Applied Drug Development and Psychoactive Pharmaceutical Investigation.

Qualifications:
Current UW-Madison undergraduate or graduate students Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and operate as part of a team Strong time management skills Service mindset with desire to improve student services experiences
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Experience using Excel, WordPress, Instagram, Linkedin, Mailchimp, Canvas and Google Suite tools Familiarity with marketing & communications or a willingness to learn
Position Summary/Job Duties:
Work closely with the School of Pharmacy's Professional Master's and Certificate Programs (PMCP) leadership and staff Support the development of marketing and communication materials Collaborate with team to identify efficiencies and best practices to support students Support student services team to: Set up Canvas calendar events and flyers for event promotion Co-draft and edit a weekly newsletter to students Serve as tech support for virtual events Help with set-up and clean-up for in-person events Assist in the coordination of graduation activities Review and editing of student online resource hubs Assist with various recruitment projects such as: Maintaining Wordpress site Gathering data and resources Content calendar Social media creation and maintenance Other duties as assigned
Physical Demands:
Ability to work independently and attend weekly meetings, ability to assist with event set-up and clean-up periodically which may include putting together materials, lifting boxes and materials weighing up to 25 pounds, etc.
