Qualifications:

• Highschool Diploma or GED
• Customer Service Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Speed, accuracy, and pay attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be very organized.
• Ability to take on tasks independently when necessary.
• Dedication to delivering high-quality products.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Physical capability to lift and handle printing materials and equipment ranging from 10-50lbs.
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends, as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Previous experience in a similar production role.
• Degree or previous experience in Graphic Design.
• Knowledge of printing equipment and how to operate it.
• Experience with Screen Printing.
• Experience utilizing a Heat Press.
• Experience cutting and weeding vinyl.

Position Summary/Job Duties:

• Process Client order forms and verify information is accurate and correct.
• Assist with setup and preparation of printing equipment and materials.
• Utilize print machines accurately to process Client print request orders (Clothing, Caps, Etc.)
• Collaborate with the Production Team to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet Client specifications and standards.
• Perform routine material inventory audits and restock as needed.
• Package and Ship Client orders.
• Assist in managing Web Stores
• Complete routine paperwork and maintenance logs.
• Utilize various Press machine types simultaneously to create products.
• Communicate any technical issues to appropriate staff and assist with troubleshooting when
needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.

Physical Demands:

• Physical capability to lift and handle printing materials and equipment ranging from 10-50lbs.
