Qualifications:
Experience (class or other) with coding in Julia is required. Must be able to work 5-10 hours per week most weeks.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Ability to code in Julia. Being able to read and understand Fortran code is a plus.
Position Summary/Job Duties:
Job entails the conversion of code written in fortran from current and concluded economics research projects into Julia. Projects typically involve working with large data sets, matrix mathematics, and nonlinear optimization.
