Qualifications:
The Laboratory Helper should possess the ability to perform algebraic calculations and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
General chemistry knowledge and experience with solution preparation are beneficial, though not mandatory.
Position Summary/Job Duties:
The Lab Helper is responsible for tasks such as preparing cell culture media, replenishing and organizing supplies, autoclaving laboratory waste, and washing glassware. Please note that this is not a research position.
Physical Demands:
The Lab Helper position entails regular walking throughout the lab building, and the incumbent should be capable of lifting objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
