Schedule:
Monday through Friday from 8am-4:30pm with flexibility to accommodate the student's curricular schedule. Training and work will take place in person and may shift to hybrid after the initial onboarding is complete. 8hr min - 15hr max per week.

Position Summary/Job Duties:
The Internal Medicine Medical Student Education program in the Department of Medicine seeks a part time Student Administrative Support Specialist. We are looking for an individual to assist with administrative work during weekday business hours. This is an immediate opening, continuing through the academic year and beyond. The person in this role will function as part of a larger staff team of professionals that supports learners, trainees, and faculty in the Department of Medicine. Duties include general administrative work, special event assistance, and other duties as assigned. The person in this position is expected to utilize discretion and confidentiality when handling secure and sensitive information.
