We do this through our combined efforts in undergraduate and graduate education, research, and extension.

Qualifications:
Interest in business, higher education management and or finance/accounting. Able to work independently, efficiently, and are detail oriented.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Prior experience in Microsoft Excel is preferred as this is what most of your financial tasks will be built out of. Ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders from professors, researchers, professionals, alumni, graduate students, undergraduate students, and staff.
Position Summary/Job Duties:
• Manage time and tasks to be completed each day independently, but also be flexible to help with other projects when needed • Assist in correcting salary and non-salary transactions that have been allocated to wrong accounts as well as compile reports on various laboratory funding needs • Communicate and collaborate throughout the entire department with different staff members on different projects and tasks that need to be completed • Aid faculty with the movement and disposal of old and used laboratory equipment and department furniture through the universities SWAP program • Deliver packages and items to labs throughout the building in a timely manner
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift 50 pounds, Ability to use computer for multiple hours at a time.
