Qualifications:
Preferred experience in an office environment Preferred familiarity with Microsoft Office products and spreadsheets Preferred familiarity with Google suite, google docs, google sheets Preferred familiarity using and updating SharePoint sites Preferred familiarity with Zoom Preferred knowledge of Spanish or Hmong Employment will require a criminal background check Student must be enrolled for credit at an educational institution. Student will need to show proof of enrollment before starting

Organized and demonstrates strong time management skills Ability to think creatively in identifying and solving problems Oral and written communication skills Self-motivated A demonstrated record of dependability, time management skills, and attention to detail Previous work with billing and invoicing a plus Knowledge of SharePoint and Canva a plus
Position Summary/Job Duties:
The UW-Madison Division of Extension, Health & Well-Being Institute seeks an undergraduate student for part-time administrative work. Under the supervision of the Administrative Manager, you will support Health & Well-Being Institute Programs with general administrative and office support which might include assisting with electronic and hard copy records management, data entry, editing brochures, scheduling meetings, and packaging mailing materials for distribution throughout the state of Wisconsin. Undergraduate students interested in public health initiatives will find this job especially interesting, though no prior content knowledge is required. Duties will include: Scheduling meetings using Outlook calendars Assist with organizing files, both electronic and hard copy Entering data into translation spreadsheets (knowledge of Spanish of Hmong helpful but not required) Data Entry Help with bulk mailings, both electronic and hard copy Creating Invoices Video transcriptions Other administrative duties as assigned
Physical Demands:
Be able to use a computer for 2 hours at a time.
