Department Overview:

CCWT conducts and supports research and program development to generate evidence, educational programs, tools, and resources that promote the career development and wellness of students as they transition to the workforce. In this work we center and amplify the voices and interests of all students, including those historically marginalized in higher education and the labor market, with the aim of activating institutional and societal change.

Qualifications:

o Current undergraduate student at UW-Madison
o Availability for fall 2025 and spring 2026 semesters
o Access to and proficiency using personal computer/device with necessary specifications to accomplish job duties
o Familiarity with literature reviews, data entry, data analysis

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

o Excellent organization skills
o Ability to do thorough research
o Attention to detail
o Ability to work independently
o Ability to use creative problem-solving skills
o Self-starter who can work alone but also works well when collaborating with others

Position Summary/Job Duties:

This internship is an excellent opportunity for students looking to enhance research and analysis skills and/or support research program administration! The Center for Research on College-Workforce Transitions (CCWT) conducts and supports research and program development to generate evidence, educational programs, tools, and resources that promote the career development and wellness of students as they transition to the workforce. The Research Program Coordinator Intern position is an opportunity to collaborate with and learn from knowledgeable researchers while building valuable skills.
