Schedule:

Flexible hours between Monday and Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM CT. We work around your class schedule! Hours can change every semester.

We're ideally looking to hire somebody to work this Summer into Fall 2025 & Spring 2026. There will be an opportunity to work up to 29 hours/week during the summer.

Qualifications:

You are:
A current student enrolled in the Fall 2025 semester. All majors and fields of study are encouraged to apply; additional consideration given to individuals pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Marketing, Statistics, or related field
• Organized and self-motivated
• Naturally analytical and detail-oriented
• Curious about marketing performance and what drives results
• A clear communicator

You love to:
• Explore dashboards and spot trends
• Clean, structure, and interpret data
• Leverage and improve reports for better decision-making
• Learn new tools and play with tech

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

The following experience is preferred, but not required:
• Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio
• Eloqua, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or Google Ads
• Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
• Data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or Power BI)
• UTM tracking or campaign tagging
• Cloud-based document management tools (i.e., Box, Google Drive)
• Internal messaging apps and web conferencing tools (i.e., Teams, Zoom)
• CRM and/or registration databases (Salesforce, Momentus, etc.)

Position Summary/Job Duties:

Support InterPro’s marketing team with data gathering, analysis, and reporting of performance metrics across email, advertising, and web platforms. Tasks may include:
• Pulling and cleaning email and ad metrics (Eloqua, LinkedIn, CPC platforms)
• Interpreting web traffic and engagement data from GA4 and Looker dashboards
• Preparing summary reports and visualizations for team review
• Helping track campaign performance and ROI
• Maintaining a dashboard of active campaigns and performance benchmarks
• Participating in strategy sessions to inform future marketing actions
