Qualifications:

Required
- Undergraduate student enrolled at UW-Madison.
- Able to work a minimum of 6 hours per week, excluding school breaks
- Job requires ability to sit and/or stand for prolonged amount of time. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.

Preferred
- Experience working in an office /administrative setting
- Experience with Microsoft Suite and Google Suite

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Candidates should be detailed orientated and prosses strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate should be willing to work in a fast-paced setting with diverse team members or on their own, depending on the project.

Position Summary/Job Duties:

Job Duties
-Support the Residency Program with its evaluation process including but not limited to:
- Creation, collection, and distribution of evaluations
- Input of evaluations using Google Forms and Excel
- Generation of graphs using collected data
- Help facilitate program spending and purchases
- Greet guests and visitors
- Help maintain residency data bases
- Distribute departmental mail
- Support residency program with projects as needed
- Support department with projects as needed

Physical Demands:

Job requires ability to sit and/or stand for prolonged amount of time. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
