Schedule:
Flexible between the hours of 8:30 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday, with some evening and weekend hours required for event support. The position would require 20 hours over the summer and 10-15 during the academic year.

Qualifications:
Student Status, you are required to be directly enrolled in a course. Employment will require UW-Madison to verify your identity and employment eligibility. The employee must physically present original, unexpired documents (https://www.uscis.gov/i-9-central/form-i-9-acceptable-documents) as evidence of identity and employment authorization.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Be able to work from the UW South Madison Partnership at least 1x/week Spanish speaking skills are preferred, but not required Comfortable working with Audio/Visual Systems including set-up and troubleshooting
Position Summary/Job Duties:
Manage room reservations through the SMP reservation form and calendar system. Assist with planning and implementing events such as community-university nights, speaker series, and resource fairs Assist with advertising and marketing of SMP’s goals, initiatives, and events on campus and in broader Madison community through social media platforms Help manage data collected about prior reservations to map out usage of SMP Administer and analyze surveys to our university and community partners Support logistics and planning of one Bucky’s Big Event (all campus service event) per semester Center Support: Support workshop requests and facilitate educational workshops to interested groups As needed, support general office needs, such as front desk staffing or outreach opportunities As interested, support any Center-wide committees, such as the Center's diversity, equity, inclusion; sustainability; training/professional development; and/or wellness committee, as examples. Attend Morgridge Center trainings, staff meetings, and events as required
