Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, or a related field. - Comfortable using basic functions in Microsoft, Google, Adobe, and other work applications including video conferencing technology such as Zoom - Employment will require a criminal background check - Student must be enrolled for credit at an educational institution. Student will need to show proof of enrollment before starting. - Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
- Basic Qualtrics/survey/eval knowledge - Graphic Design skills preferred - Familiarity with Microsoft and adobe - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team - Ability to take initiative and possess creative problem solving skills
Position Summary/Job Duties:
The HR Student Admin Assistant provides ongoing operational, clerical, and project‑based support to the Extension HR team. This position assists with volunteer onboarding processes, digital record maintenance, SharePoint updates, student hiring workflows, and other administrative tasks that help ensure smooth operations throughout the year. The role is ideal for a student who is detail‑oriented, organized, creative, and interested in gaining experience in HR, operations, or administrative support. Successful candidates in this position will maintain confidentiality, exhibit critical thinking skills, and possess motivation for an independent and collaborative work environment.
