Department Overview:

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 10 AM to 3 PM. However, the schedule can have some flexibility. No weekends and no evenings.

Qualifications:
Ability to work in the USA and current UW Student, data entry accuracy, knowledge of Outlook and MS Word.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
basic knowledge of Office 365, know how to use a copier and scanner
Position Summary/Job Duties:
The student hourly position will be responsible for basic clerical tasks like data entry, reviewing provider schedules for coverage, making copies, and running errands between multiple campus buildings. This position will also escort faculty candidates to their various interviews in the medical campus. Other duties include making updates to various databases. This is a 100% on-site position.
