Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in an educational institution.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Well-qualified candidates will have:
- Interest in finance/accounting and/or data analytics
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow procedures consistently and accurately, with a high level of attention to detail
-Ability to be self-directed and manage time effectively to meet key deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Experience using MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook

Position Summary/Job Duties:

- Reconciling credit card purchases
- Submitting reimbursements
- Reviewing non-salary expense entries in the general ledger
- Updating Smartsheet dashboards
- Leveraging technology to automate routine processes
- Assisting with other office tasks as needed

Physical Demands:

- Prolonged periods of sitting
- Frequent use of a computer and other office equipment
- Occasional lifting and handling of boxes or materials
